Growing up in the Bahamas has afforded her the opportunity to observe the island's evolution socially, politically, and economically. From an influx of foreign investors to the development of ultra-modern condos and mega resorts and most recently the emergence of the new western development

Linnea's real estate and marketing strategy is adaptable and organic, her existing network of affluent and entrepreneurial Bahamians and expatriates provides opportunities for greater exposure to potential clients.

An advocate for island style, her background in fashion has given her a keen eye for aesthetics with high attention to detail and presentation.
